Welcome

Zec Martin-Valin is outstanding mild adventure country set in the Boreal forest in the province of Quebec, Canada. It comprises 650 lakes, countless rivers, and wooded areas developed for fishing, hunting, and notably canoe-camping and kayaking (100 km of circuits). The landscape is as enchanting as it is immense; an exquisite vertigo born of a quest for solitude and newfound freedom. The territory, located in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region, is a guaranteed immersion into wilderness, just a short distance from urban centres. It has an area of 1 200 km², comparable in size to St. Jean Lake, Rhode Island in the United States, and seven times that of Oléron Island in France.
